Bret purchased a distressed house from our family that was part of an estate. We feel that he gave us a fair price for it, considering the amount of work the house needed. He always returned our phone calls and kept appointments with us. Knowing that we had not completely cleaned out the house and had to travel from another state to do so, he was flexible with the closing date.
